What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
Nothing goes out without the dispatcher. Each email first becomes an order to review, with the original email next to the extracted data. You correct the field, confirm, and the correction becomes a rule for next time. That is how our accuracy went from 87.6% to 97.4%.
How long until the first order comes in?
Connect the inbox and the first order comes in the same day. Clients appear on their own, from the orders. There is no implementation project and no fee for one.
Do I have to give up SmartBill?
No. Konpax AI issues invoices in your SmartBill account, and SmartBill sends them to SPV. Payments marked in SmartBill show up in Konpax AI too.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, in Germany, with data kept separate per company. Emails are read only to run your operations (orders, documents, costs); AI processing goes through contracted processors. You can disconnect the inbox at any time.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly subscription, stop whenever you want. The data stays yours.
How much does it cost?
From €49 a month, excluding VAT: €10 per truck for the TMS, less as the fleet grows, with every feature included, and add-ons such as the AI inbox only if you switch them on. Drivers are never billed. The pricing page shows your exact price.
